International Food Festival Reservation Form

We have arranged a Banquet to raise funds for Breast Cancer Awareness and providing financial support for free mammograms to needy people with no health insurance on Friday, May 8, 2009 at the Savannah Rapids Pavillion from 7:00pm - 10:30pm.  It will be a night of elegant dining, dancing, live entertainment and live and silent auctions.  Breast cancer survivors will be honored with Pink roses.  Men's dress code:  Jacket please.

Local restaurants are bringing their unique cuisine to this event.  We hope that you and the adult members of your family, your neighbors and friends will participate in our noble effort.  We appreciate your kindness and generosity.

Suggested minimum donation is $25/person prior to May 1, and thereafter $30/person.  Please reserve Corporate Tables for 6-8 persons with a minimum donation of $500.  Your donation is tax-deductible.  Corporations will be recognized for their donations in our TV interviews, advertisements and in our brochure "International Food Festival".  We are also seeking donations for product and/or service advertisements in our brochure:  $250 for 1/2 page and $125 for 1/4 page.
